Owner and locally known chef Colleen Stewart especially for her restaurants at 5 Dudley and Desert Palm Inn in Palm Springs,
has opened a new gourmet, healthy take-out cafe.

Amin Rastegar from the Bel Air Bay Club in Malibu will be also working at the ON HAMPTON take-out cafe. All of the 50 years combined food experience will be brought together at this location for everyone's enjoyment and health.

Both chefs are also musicians and Sean Beck (Head of Catering Delivery) is the ring leader on bass. It makes for a very lively group.

Stewart has been training and following the raw food movement with many trips to the Optimum Health Institute in San Diego; Stewart has always been involved with healthier food preparation in her 22-year career.

She says she is delighted to work with the talents
of Amin, and it stirs a very international
feel. Everybody is from all over the world,
she jokes we are our own little united nation.
